Introduction to me

Hello, this is my second real blog post and my name is Kramer Cadle.  I am a student at West Virginia University, that is double majoring in physical education teacher education and sport and exercise psychology.  I am creating this blog because I want my readers to understand how to become a better basketball player.  My readers will gain the correct critical elements,instructional videos, proper techniques, and ythe benefits of being physically active.
