Benefits of Physical activity

There are many benefits to being physically active.  The firtst thing that should be covered is the amount of time that a person should be active daily.  The daily time that a person should be active is 60 minutes daily, whether an adult or child.  The benefits of being active daily included healthier weight, more self confidence and better quality of life.  Also by being physically active you can decrease health problems such as: cardio respiratory disease, cancer, and obesity.  By xercising daily you will prolong your life.
