The website that I chose to promote in my blog is none other than Mypyramid.  In this website there is a variety of different beneffits.  It offers nutritional value such as the different food groups and proper ways to saty healthy.  This website also allows readers to gain information regarding ways to stay physically active.  this website has a lot of information that is hugely valuable and any of my readers would greatly benefit from reading it.

Benefits of Physical activity

There are many benefits to being physically active.  The firtst thing that should be covered is the amount of time that a person should be active daily.  The daily time that a person should be active is 60 minutes daily, whether an adult or child.  The benefits of being active daily included healthier weight, more self confidence and better quality of life.  Also by being physically active you can decrease health problems such as: cardio respiratory disease, cancer, and obesity.  By xercising daily you will prolong your life.

Introduction to me
